Welcome to Botiq, a mobile-first app developed and managed by DFIVE Technologies Private Limited (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using Botiq (“App”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Use of the App

Botiq is designed for tailors and boutique owners to manage customer orders using their mobile devices. By registering, you agree to provide accurate business information and take responsibility for any data entered into the app.

2. Subscription and Support Plans

Botiq offers a generous free plan for 3 months. Continued usage beyond this period may require a paid support plan. There are no refund policy on support plans. However, users may contact support@botiqcloud.com for any support queries

3. User Conduct

Users agree not to reverse engineer, copy, resell, misuse, or use the App for unlawful purposes.

4. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or delete user accounts in the event of misuse or violation of terms.

5. Data Availability and Liability

Data is stored locally and synced to a secure cloud server. While we strive for reliability, we are not liable for business loss due to data loss or technical issues. Users are advised to keep devices online and use the data download option when needed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and branding related to Botiq are owned by DFIVE Technologies Private Limited and protected under applicable laws.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App implies acceptance of any revised terms.
