This Privacy Policy explains how DFIVE Technologies Private Limited collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Botiq mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

• During Registration: Business Name, Owner Name, Address, Phone Number (verified via Firebase OTP), Email Address (verified via Email OTP).
• During App Use: Customer name, phone, optional address, photos, and voice notes. No location data is collected.
• For Support: Server may collect device OS type and IP address during sync to assist with support.

2. How We Use Data

Data is used solely to provide app functionality and is not shared with third parties.

3. Data Storage

User data is stored locally on the device and backed up to a secure cloud server.

4. Authentication & Services

Firebase is used for authentication, Razorpay for payment, and Google Play Services may collect anonymized usage data.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share user data. Reinstallation allows data restoration after OTP verification.

6. Children’s Privacy

This App is for adult business users only and not intended for children under 13.

7. User Rights

Users cannot opt-out of data sync but may uninstall the app at any time. Users may send a mail request to support@botiqcloud.com to delete data from cloud server.
